Every morning at the Caffè del Borgo you can enjoy a complete breakfast to discover the Tuscan flavors, pecorino and salami of our land and seasonal products that will guarantee you the freshness and quality of the raw materials.

In collaboration with the Chianciano Thermal SPA , you can request the Detox Breakfast at the Caffè del Borgo, a healthy diet proposal specially designed by a nutritionist and enhanced by the presence of wtaer Acqua Santa di Chianciano.

You’ll enjoy a tasting plate with the best of Tuscan cold cuts and local cheeses, combined with a Nobile di Montepulciano, or Rosso di Montepulciano, also enriched by bruschetta with oil and garlic (fettunta) and by bread tomato, and why not, a nice vegetable dip with local oil.
Inside the café there is a wine shop with bottles from local producers, so it will be possible for you not only to taste, but to buy one or more bottles, for your pleasure or simply as a souvenir to bring back your experience at home

All’interno del Borgo delle More, ha finalmente aperto il “ Caffè del Borgo”, il posto ideale per fare colazioni, per degustare i vini della zona ed il Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, per assaggiare la norcineria toscana i pecorini pientini , per fare spuntini come la merenda della nonna con pane e pomodoro o pane acqua vino e zucchero, ed infine per bere un aperitivo in pieno relax.
